Tax Strategy

SpaMedica’s Tax Strategy sets out our company’s policy and approach to conducting our UK tax affairs and includes details of:

• Relevant legislation
• How our business manages UK task risk
• Our attitude to tax planning
• The level of risk our business is prepared to accept for UK taxation
• How our business works with HMRC
• Any other relevant information relating to taxation

The Strategy will be formally reviewed, approved, and re-published on at least an annual basis.
