Welcoming Lisa Jordan as Our New Chief Commercial Officer
We are excited to welcome Lisa Jordan as our new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at SpaMedica. Lisa brings a wealth of leadership experience, a passion for patient care, and a strategic mindset that aligns perfectly with our mission to provide high-quality eye care to as many patients as possible.
Lisa joins us from Diaverum, where she played a key role in enhancing patient outcomes and improving experiences across a network of treatment centres. Reflecting on her new role, Lisa shared:
“SpaMedica is clearly a very purpose-driven organisation, and what we are achieving together is inspiring. We are changing patients’ lives, giving them back the gift of sight, and helping them to become independent again. That’s definitely something to get out of bed for in the morning!”

Lisa has spent her career mentoring high-performing teams and achieving ambitious goals across Europe, Australia, and Asia. She thrives on curiosity, resilience, and collaboration, always looking for new ways to innovate and improve.
“The highlights of my career to date have been seeing people come together to achieve goals they didn’t think were possible. I’m all about making the art of the possible a reality, and I’ve been fortunate to have lots of those experiences while working in different countries, different cultures, and different industries.”
“I’ve always been curious and someone who asks a lot of questions, and I think that curiosity allows you to think about new ways of doing things, challenge the status quo, and foster a culture that embraces change. I’m very driven, and I think having a high level of accountability and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and muck in is important for anyone in a leadership role.”
Looking to the Future
With 62 hospitals across the UK, we remain committed to delivering exceptional eye care to our patients. Alongside being the UK’s largest NHS cataract surgery provider, we are expanding our services to include glaucoma treatment, posterior capsule opacification, and neovascular AMD care—helping to reduce waiting times and improve access to vital eye health services.

Beyond the Office
Outside of work, Lisa enjoys travelling with her husband—they have an ongoing competition to visit as many countries as possible—as well as cycling, running, and swimming. She also cherishes spending time with family, friends, and her dogs.
