Mr Radwan works as a consultant ophthalmic surgeon for both the NHS and the private sector. He has special interest in the management of glaucoma and complex cataract surgery.
Mr Radwan graduated from South Valley University in 2002 and completed his higher specialist ophthalmology training in Cardiff, Edinburgh, and Cambridge University Hospitals. After completing the UK national training program, he completed a Senior Fellowship in glaucoma and complex cataract surgeries from the prestigious Western Eye Hospital, London. During this fellowship, Mr Radwan acquired advanced training in the field of medical and surgical management of both glaucoma and cataract(s).

Mr Radwan successfully performs different glaucoma surgeries including Augmented Trabeculectomy, Baerveldt and Ahmed drainage tube surgery, laser peripheral iridotomy (Yag PI), MIGS (minimally invasive glaucoma surgery), and selective laser trabeculoplasty (SLT).
He also performs the MDLT (MicroPulse Diode Laser Therapy) and ECP (Endoscopic Cyclophoto-coagulation) laser treatment for glaucoma.
